1. Seller

2. What you are buying

A place in qigong practices, courses and workshops — online on Zoom or in person — on the dates and at the place given on the sign-up page (Tallinn time).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT at 24%. You pay by bank link (LHV Pank) or by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (SumUp). You enter your card details and bank login on the payment partner’s page — we never see or store them. For in-person meetings you can also sign up without paying in advance and pay at the event, in cash or by card; if you can’t come, please let us know.

4. The email after payment

Right after payment (if you pay at the event: right after you sign up) you receive an email with the schedule, the receipt and the Zoom link, or for in-person meetings, the address. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or write to us. The Zoom link is for you only — please don’t forward it.

5. If a practice is cancelled

We will let you know by email in advance and refund the money for that practice or, if you prefer, carry it over to the next month.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The practices take place on set dates, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Estonian Law of Obligations Act, § 53). If you can’t take part, write to us before the first practice starts and we will refund you in full. Once the practices have started, missed practices are not refunded.

7. Questions and disputes

Write to us and we will do our best to sort it out. If we can’t agree, you can turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, ttja.ee). Estonian law applies. How we handle your data is described on the “Privacy” page.
