1. Who processes your data

2. What data and why

Your name, email, the ticket you chose, the amount, the payment method and its status — to send you the Zoom link or the meeting address and the receipt, to answer your questions and to keep the accounts. Your IP address is stored with the order to protect against abuse.

3. Who we share it with

LHV Pank and SumUp for payments; Zone Media OÜ for hosting the website and sending emails; Zoom for the practices themselves (the name you use in Zoom is visible there).

4. How long we keep it

Accounting documents for 7 years, as the law requires. Everything else for as long as it is needed for the practices.

5. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, have it corrected or ask us to delete it (except what we must keep by law) — write to irina.varlamova@gmail.com. You can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

6. Cookies

The website uses no cookies, visitor counters or third-party services. On the payment pages, LHV’s and SumUp’s rules apply.
